About the Role

Digital Marketing Associate or Intern

What You’ll Do

• Plan, create, and schedule content for

  Instagram, Telegram, YouTube Shorts, and WhatsApp

• Run and promote weekly offerings
• Design & post daily content: memes, motivational reels
• Build and manage Gen-Z focused Telegram and WhatsApp communities
• Coordinate with influencers, micro-creators, and Gen-Z ambassadors
• Track basic metrics (growth, engagement, shares, referrals)
• Be a creative contributor to all things growth and virality!

You Should Be:

• A student, recent graduate, or early-career marketer (0–1.5 years experience)
• Obsessed with social media trends, memes, and youth content
• Strong in Canva / basic design tools, captions, and reel ideas
• Comfortable writing for a Gen Z audience (clear, smart, fun)
• Self-driven, fast-moving, and okay with (controlled) chaos

Bonus If You:

• Have managed a meme page, Instagram brand handle, or Telegram group
• Know basics of SEO, Meta ads, or influencer outreach
• Want to grow into a
