About the Role Fisco Pro Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team for recruiting personal financial advisors. This role focuses on promoting the business and recruitment through digital platforms, managing social media pages, and assisting the Senior Development Manager in expanding the company's reach within the local area. The ideal candidate will possess basic video editing skills, a passion for social media management, and a proactive attitude towards achieving marketing objectives. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management: Plan, create, and publish engaging content on various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Monitor social media engagement metrics and suggest improvements to enhance performance. Respond to comments, queries, and messages promptly to maintain high engagement levels. Content Creation and Video Editing: Develop and edit videos for promotional campaigns, ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines. Design visually appealing graphics and infographics to support marketing activities. Digital Marketing Support: Assist in executing digital campaigns, email marketing, and other online promotional activities. Research and identify local digital trends to optimize marketing strategies. Administrative Assistance: Support the Senior Development Manager in day-to-day operations, including scheduling and follow-ups. Prepare reports on campaign performance and present them to the manager. Recruitment Support: Act as a Recruitment Officer by using social media and digital platforms to attract and onboard personal financial advisors licensed by IRDAI. Assist in organizing recruitment drives and maintaining a database of potential candidates. Required Skills and Qualifications Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management preferred. Freshers with relevant skills and enthusiasm will also be considered. Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms and basic video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar). Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
