Job Description

Digital Marketing & e-Commerce Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:


Digital Marketing:

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI using A/B testing, analytics, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and on-page/off-page optimization.
  • Analyze campaign performance through tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Search Console.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling digital content.

e-Commerce Account Management:

  • Manage e-commerce accounts across platforms like

    Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or WooCommerce

    .
  • Monitor product listings, inventory, pricing strategies, and promotions to maximize visibility and sales.
  • Coordinate with logistics, customer support, and product teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Track and report key KPIs (sales performance, cart abandonment, return rates, etc.)
  • Ensure timely updates to product pages, offers, and campaigns across channels.

Client & Internal Collaboration:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business goals and delivering actionable strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports and insights for clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing and/or e-commerce account management.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, etc.)
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads and/or Meta (Facebook) Certification.
  • Experience with marketing automation and email platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS and website CMS tools.
