Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Associate- Human Resources located in Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing: Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI using A/B testing, analytics, and conversion rate optimization. Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and on-page/off-page optimization. Analyze campaign performance through tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Search Console. Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling digital content. e-Commerce Account Management: Manage e-commerce accounts across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or WooCommerce .
