Digital Marketer

We seek a results-driven Digital Marketer with proven experience in Google and meta Ads, backlinking, on-page and off-page SEO, and social media marketing (SMM). You’ll work on client campaigns and in-house projects to drive traffic, leads, and conversions across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities : Paid Ads (Google & Meta): Plan, create, and manage campaigns across Google, Facebook, and Instagram Optimize based on KPIs: CTR, CPC, ROAS A/B test ad creatives and targeting strategies Deliver detailed performance reports & insights SEO (On-Page & Off-Page): Perform complete on-page SEO audits Optimize content, page speed, meta tags, and internal links Execute off-page strategies and track rankings using tools like Ahrefs/SEMrush Build high-quality backlinks through white-hat outreach Backlinking: Develop and manage white-hat backlink campaigns Monitor and optimize backlink profiles Build relationships for guest posting and niche directories Social Media Marketing: Plan and schedule engaging content (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) Run targeted engagement and awareness campaigns Analyze data to improve performance Ensure consistent visual and brand messaging Analytics & Reporting: Use GA4, Search Console, Meta Business Suite for tracking Work closely with writers/designers to align messaging Prepare and present monthly performance reports Qualifications 2–4 years of digital marketing experience (agency experience preferred) Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and SMM Strong understanding of SEO algorithms and ad platform mechanics Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with a results-first mindset Excellent analytical and communication skills Show more Show less
