Role Description:

Digital Marketing Manager (SEO, PPC, and Email Marketing). We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Marketing aspirants with expertise in SEO, PPC, and email marketing to lead our marketing team. The Marketing Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels to enhance brand visibility, drive targeted traffic, and generate leads. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of SEO and SEM strategies, along with a proven track record of successful email marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that encompass SEO, PPC, and email marketing efforts to achieve business goals.
• Lead SEO initiatives, conducting keyword research, optimizing on-page elements, and building high-quality backlinks to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
• Manage PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and ongoing optimization for maximum ROI.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, design, testing, and analysis of campaign performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging and campaigns across various marketing channels.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes related to SEO and PPC, adjusting strategies accordingly to maintain competitive advantage.
• Utilize web analytics tools to track and analyze website traffic patterns, user behavior, and conversion rates to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors involved in digital marketing efforts.
• Assist in the development of engaging content for digital marketing campaigns, including blog posts, social media content, and ad copy.
• Provide guidance and training to team members and junior staff members on best practices in SEO, PPC, and email marketing.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience 5+ years in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
• Proficiency in setting up and managing PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Expertise in email marketing platforms, list segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign analysis.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and interpret website traffic and user behavior.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset and ability to think strategically about marketing campaigns.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
