Key Responsibilities
- Paid Advertising
- Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for lead generation and direct sales.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and copy to maximize ROI.
- Track campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.
- Funnel Creation & Optimization
- Design and implement high-converting funnels (opt-ins, lead magnets, sales pages, thank-you pages, and automated email sequences).
- Use tools like ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Leadpages, Unbounce, or WordPress to create optimized user journeys.
- Develop persuasive sales copy and structure CTAs to convert cold traffic into paying clients.
- Website & Landing Page Strategy
- Create and optimize landing pages for lead capture and conversion.
- Ensure a smooth, intuitive user experience (UX) aligned with brand voice and goals.
- Collaborate on visuals, layout, and structure to reduce friction and increase conversions.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Set up and monitor tracking systems (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4, CRM integrations).
- Provide clear performance reports and actionable insights.
- Continuously refine campaigns to improve lead quality and cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Utilize SEO tools and perform keyword research to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- Implement marketing automation tools to nurture leads through personalized email campaigns and drip sequences.
- Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, SEO best practices, social media management, and emerging advertising platforms to keep strategies innovative and competitive.
- Maintain detailed records of campaigns, budgets, performance metrics, and ROI for reporting purposes.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years experience in digital marketing, specifically in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising.
- Proven track record of building high-converting funnels and landing pages that generate measurable results.
- Proficiency in ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Leadpages, WordPress, or similar funnel-building platforms.
- Strong knowledge of conversion copywriting and consumer psychology.
- Experience with email automation platforms (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, ConvertKit, etc.).
- Solid understanding of tracking, analytics, and retargeting strategies.
- Ability to design and execute lead magnet campaigns (free guides, eBooks, webinars, etc.) that feed into a nurture sequence.
- Strong proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), Google Analytics, Google Ads/AdWords, Facebook Advertising Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) principles.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation workflows.
- Demonstrated success managing paid campaigns across social media platforms and search engines with measurable results.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems for website updates and content publishing.
- Creative problem-solver who thrives on optimizing for performance and ROI.
- Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a focus on lead generation and conversion optimization.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Google Ads or TikTok Ads.
- Graphic design or video editing abilities for ad creative.
- Hands-on experience with content creation including copywriting, graphic design (Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite), HTML/CSS basics, JavaScript or SQL is a plus.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and B2B marketing strategies is highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze data effectively to inform strategic decisions; experience with performance marketing metrics is essential.
