Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Facebook Ads Manager to develop, implement, and optimize advertising campaigns across Facebook and related digital platforms. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads or sales. This role requires a strong understanding of advertising tools, analytics, and online marketing channels to deliver measurable results for our clients or organization.

Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns aligned with marketing goals.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify target audiences and refine ad targeting strategies.
  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, DoubleClick, and Google Tag Manager to monitor campaign performance and gather insights.
  • Develop effective ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that resonate with target audiences.
  • Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI while maintaining campaign effectiveness.
  • Perform A/B testing on ads to improve click-through rates and conversion metrics.
  • Analyze campaign data regularly to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate Facebook advertising with broader digital marketing initiatives such as SEO and e-commerce strategies.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, Facebook advertising features, and compliance regulations.

Experience

  • Proven experience managing Facebook advertising campaigns with a strong track record of achieving measurable results.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles, Google Ads platform, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies including e-commerce integration and online branding.
  • Experience with keyword research tools and techniques to target relevant audiences effectively.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting principles for paid media campaigns across various platforms.
  • Prior experience working within a fast-paced environment managing multiple campaigns simultaneously is preferred.
