Job Title: Digital Desk Executive – Automobile Industry Job Summary: The Digital Desk Executive is responsible for managing online customer interactions, handling digital inquiries, and converting leads into showroom visits or sales opportunities. The role involves coordinating with the sales team, maintaining CRM systems, and ensuring seamless digital engagement across platforms like websites, social media, chat, and email. Key Responsibilities:Handle digital inquiries through the website, email, chatbots, and social media platforms. Qualify leads and assign them to appropriate sales personnel using CRM software. Maintain timely follow-ups with prospective customers and schedule test drives or appointments. Track and report on digital lead conversions and campaign effectiveness. Coordinate with marketing teams for digital campaigns and promotional activities. Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry in CRM systems. Assist in the creation of reports and dashboards to monitor performance. Provide support for online bookings and virtual vehicle walkthroughs. Offer product and service information to online customers with a focus on customer satisfaction. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in digital customer service or sales coordination (automobile experience preferred). Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Auto CRM). Good understanding of digital marketing tools and lead generation channels.
