Job Summary:As a Technician at Maruti Suzuki, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and diagnostic procedures on Maruti Suzuki vehicles to ensure optimal functionality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance tasks (oil changes, brake checks, fluid levels, etc.) Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and techniques Repair or replace faulty parts in engines, transmissions, brakes, air-conditioning, etc. Carry out periodic service activities as per Maruti Suzuki SOPs Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) and road tests where necessary Maintain accurate service records and job cards Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment Report complex issues to senior technicians or service advisors Participate in training and certification programs from Maruti Suzuki Required Qualifications:ITI / Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering Experience: 0–3 years (freshers with ITI can also apply) Valid driving license (preferred) Skills & Competencies:Good understanding of automotive systems and diagnostics Basic knowledge of tools and workshop equipment Strong attention to detail Ability to follow service manuals and work independently Customer-centric attitude Team player with good communication skills Additional Benefits:Training and certification by Maruti Suzuki Uniform and safety gear provided Incentives based on performance Opportunity for career growth within the Maruti Suzuki service network
