Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and curate original content for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and other digital channels
• Create compelling creatives and concepts aligned with the brand's tone and goals
• Work closely with the design and marketing teams to align content with campaign objectives and brand strategy
• Analyse performance metrics and suggest adjustments for better reach, engagement, and conversion
• Research trends, competitors, and audience preferences to inform content ideas and strategies
• Assist in developing a weekly content calendar and ensuring timely posting

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
• Proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, Figma)
• Strong writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills
• Familiarity with social media algorithms, trends, and engagement strategies
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote or hybrid setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in managing or contributing to a brand or personal content page
• Understanding of basic analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics)
• Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, or platform-specific content optimization
• A portfolio or examples of past digital content (posts, reels, articles, etc.)
