Digital Content Specialist

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Training Delivery Team and SMEs to define project requirements and end goals.
• Understand user profiles and create content targeted appropriately to meet user goals.• Create, edit, and publish engaging content for various digital platforms — collateral publications (handbook, brochure), web-based training development (eLearning materials, video trainings), content for webpages, graphic design (posters, flyers, infographics), etc.• Apply instructional design theories, practice, and methods while developing web-based training material.• Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface, and the finished product.• Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc.).• Ensure all content aligns with brand identity, voice, and guidelines.• Editing content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style.Baker Hughes Confidential• Review and proofread content for accuracy and consistency.• Focus on technical accuracy, quality, recognizing errors and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in user documentation and content development processes.
