Digital Content Specialist

SUMMARY:

Seeking a skilled, dynamic and results-oriented Digital Content Specialist. He will play a key role in driving sales and contributing to the overall growth of the organization. He will be responsible for designing, creating and managing content for various digital platforms like FaceBook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, company & project websites, e-mail, WhatsApp, Linked-In and real estate portals like 99 Acres, housing.com etc. and will help run the campaigns (mainly SMM, SEM) to generate interested leads and build brand recall for the company. Further he will be responsible for managing all digital presence of the company including company websites and their advertisement. Additionally he will be managing marketing budget assigned to him for lead generation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and create immersive content for various digital platforms like FaceBook, Instagram, YouTube and other digital advertising as well as print and offline media.
• Manage the digital presence of the company, managing website and social media.
• Maintain websites and create webpages for the new projects
• Help run and fine-tune ad campaigns (mainly SMM, SEM) to generate interested leads at the optimum cost
• Re-target and engage the lead on multiple ad platforms
• Build brand awareness and recall for the company
• Engage continuously with the sales team to understand the quality of the leads and work with them to improve it
• Manage the digital advertisement budget.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a digital content creating and running ad agency in a sales-driven environment.
• Creative and expert in graphic designing
• Skilled in search engine marketing (SEM) and social media marketing (SMM)
• Knowledgeable about search engine optimisation (SEO)
• Engineering in Computer Science / IT OR MCA
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Ability to work flexible hours particularly during project launch
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies
• Proficient in English

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
