Digital Content Manager

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Digital Content Manager to oversee and execute engaging content strategies across social media, LinkedIn, YouTube, blogs, WhatsApp marketing, and Meta Ads. You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent and impactful content that aligns with Finplan Edu’s brand voice and growth goals.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

1. Content Strategy & Planning

2. Develop and execute monthly content calendars and campaign ideas aligned with marketing goals.

3. Social media & LinkedIn

4. Plan engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Coordinate with teams/agencies for creatives and trends.

5. YouTube Strategy

6. Plan video topics (FAQs, interviews, tips), write SEO-optimized scripts/titles, and coordinate with editors.

7. Content Writing & Blogging

8. Write blogs, emailers, social/WhatsApp content. Manage blog uploads with basic SEO.

9. WhatsApp Marketing

10. Create campaign calendars and message templates for different lead stages with strong hooks and visuals.

11. Ad Copywriting

12. Write and test ad copies for Meta campaigns in sync with the performance marketing team.

13. Agency Coordination

14. Manage deliverables from agencies for social posts, reels, and creatives, ensuring brand consistency and timelines.

15. Performance Monitoring

16. Track content performance across platforms and suggest improvements. Stay updated with digital and student trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in content writing/digital marketing/social media management.
• Excellent command of written English and storytelling.
• Strategic thinking blended with creativity.
• Strong understanding of social media, YouTube, WhatsApp, and ad copy best practices.
• Experience in working with creative/design/video agencies is a plus.
• Prior experience in Edtech/Education/Professional Courses domain is highly preferred.
