About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and growth-driven professional to join our team as Digital Business Growth (Sales)

This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, digital knowledge, and strong communication skills to convert leads into long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities in the digital marketing space.
• Pitch IDM’s full suite of services — including Social Media, Paid Media, SEO, Branding, and Website Development — to potential clients.
• Develop and implement lead generation strategies via email, LinkedIn, and networking platforms.
• Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and presentations aligned with client goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Performance, Creative, Design, SEO) to ensure project alignment and deliverables.
• Manage and track sales pipeline, maintain CRM records, and report weekly growth metrics.
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Represent IDM at industry events, expos, and networking forums to expand business visibility.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development (preferably in a Digital Marketing Agency).
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services, tools, and KPIs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
