Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Digital Banking Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in digital banking platforms. Roles and Responsibility Manage and maintain the bank's digital channels, including online and mobile banking platforms. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention through digital banking services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with digital banking operations. Provide excellent customer service and support to resolve issues related to digital banking transactions. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive BFSI landscape. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for digital banking practices. Job Requirements Strong understanding of digital banking principles, technologies, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Proficiency in using digital banking software and systems, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
