We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Digital Banking Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Manage and maintain digital banking platforms, including online and mobile applications. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention through digital channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with digital banking operations. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive BFSI landscape. Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve complex issues related to digital banking services. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital banking initiatives. Job Requirements Strong understanding of digital banking concepts, technologies, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Proficiency in using digital banking software and systems, including online and mobile platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data and make informed decisions. Experience working in the BFSI industry, preferably in a similar role or function.
