Job Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Next.js Developer at DigiMantra. The developer will be responsible for front-end and back-end web development, software development, and utilizing skills in JavaScript and Redux.js to create efficient and seamless digital solutions for clients. Responsibilities Build robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using Next.js, ensuring both client-side and server-side rendering are optimized for performance. Work closely with Node.js back-end services, integrating RESTful or GraphQL APIs to deliver seamless user experiences. Coordinate with UI/UX designers, back-end developers, QA engineers, and product managers to ensure cohesive and efficient development workflows. Follow industry best practices in JavaScript, Redux.js, and modern ES6+ standards to write modular and reusable code. Analyze and enhance application performance, including optimizing page load times, image delivery, and server-side rendering strategies in Next.js. Design and implement responsive UI components, manage application state using Redux.js, and leverage hooks and context APIs where appropriate. Review code written by peers for quality assurance and participate in debugging and troubleshooting of issues in development and production environments. Provide input in planning application architecture, especially when integrating with .NET or Java-based services, ensuring scalability and maintainability. Keep up with emerging web development technologies and standards, particularly in the React/Next.js ecosystem. Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and provide regular progress updates to team leads and stakeholders. Requirements 3- 4 years of hands-on experience in front-end development using Next.js and React.js. Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), with deep knowledge of modern web standards and best practices. Proficient in Redux.js for state management and experience using React hooks and Context API. Familiarity with .NET or Java back-end environments is a strong plus. Solid understanding of SSR (Server-Side Rendering), static site generation, and Next.js features like dynamic routing and API routes. Experience with front-end build tools and version control systems, especially Webpack, Babel, and Git. Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap). Ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code following industry best practices. Experience with performance optimization, caching strategies, and SEO best practices for modern web applications. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes is an advantage. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail. Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
