Position Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our products and services. The candidate will play a key role in enhancing brand awareness, driving website traffic, generating leads, and improving customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
  • Manage the company’s social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Perform on-page and off-page SEO to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
  • Create, curate, and manage content for digital channels including blogs, posts, and ads.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against KPIs (ROI, CTR, CPC, engagement, etc.).
  • Identify trends, insights, and optimize spend and performance based on data-driven analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, content) to create engaging marketing assets.
  • Manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other advertising platforms.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay updated on digital marketing trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven work experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, Google Analytics, and paid ad platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with digital tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.
  • Knowledge of content marketing strategies and copywriting skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
  • Creative thinking with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B and B2C digital marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
  • Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or other digital marketing tools is a plus.
