Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual for the role of Project Lead to manage our Nutritionist program. In this capacity, you will oversee a team of professionals, including a Nutritionist, Program Coordinator or Backend Coordinator. Your responsibilities include ensuring program efficiency, meeting client deliverables, maintaining compliance, and driving excellence. You will play a critical role in driving positive patient experiences, ensuring adherence to program protocols and guidelines, and maintaining compliance and audit readiness.

Responsibilities:

Program Management:

• Lead and manage the Nutritionist program, ensuring adherence to protocols and guidelines.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and meet client deliverables.

• Monitor program activities, patient interactions, and data for effectiveness evaluation.

• Outstation visits for 6-7 days in a month as per business requirements.

Compliance and Audit Readiness:

• Ensure adherence to protocols, guidelines, and pharmaceutical industry regulations. Maintain compliance with relevant healthcare guidelines and prepare for audits.

• Serve as the final approver for activities conducted by the team, including patient enrolment, ensuring validation and approval within the software system

• Act as the primary authority for the approval of adverse event reporting, ensuring meticulous validation and approval within the system deployed.

Record Keeping and Data Management:

• Maintain accurate records in patient CRM systems and Excel spreadsheets.

• Track patient interactions, program activities, and relevant data for evaluation and improvement.

• Generate regular MIS reports and adhoc reports as needed.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact for project discussions and updates.

• Address client needs, concerns, and feedback for maximum satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

KPI Monitoring:

• Track project-specific KPIs and performance metrics aligned with client requirements.

• Address deviations or challenges to meet or exceed targets.

• Keep track of team productivity, escalations, training, client visits, and presentations.

Team Leadership and Development:

• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to the team, fostering a high-performance culture.

• Ensure team members have the necessary skills and resources to excel, including training and call observations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.

• 1 to 2 years as a project lead or 6-8 years of overall experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.

• Age around 30 years.

• Strong project management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.

• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.

• Analytical mind-set for data-driven decision-making.

• Leadership and team management experience.

• Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.

• Knowledge of medical terminology, disease areas, and pharmaceutical regulations desirable.
