Job Responsibilities 1.      Operations – Standardize overall day-to-day operations of all dialysis facilities per SOPs 2.      Staff – Responsible to ensure optimum performance of entire operations team including dialysis technicians, regional managers, and shuffled staff. Ensure staff with systematic work assignments 3.      Metrics – Ensure operations related data and information flow down daily, weekly and monthly basis 4.      Data and Analysis – Ensure Software deployed from training to implementation to capture key patient and operational data 5.      Accounting - Ensure accurate accounting and utilization of consumables, human resources and other resources 6.      Maintenance - Ensure timely equipment repair, PM, water quality at each facility 7.      Crisis - Ensure addressing escalations such as payment delays, breakdowns of equipment, ICU patient care, home dialysis and urgent set ups 8.      Patient recruitment – Ensure steady new patient enrollment with coordination with Nephrologist, Tech, Hospitals 9.      Supply Chain – Ensure Cost, Quality, Delivery in perfect place for uninterrupted and economical operations 10.   Non-conformance – Timely inventory and resolution of NCs found at each dialysis center 11.   Relationship and Communication – a.      Patients – Resolve queries and talk to patients nicely and maintain good relations. b.      Doctors – Ensure they are encouraged to send patients and are happy with our partnership c.       Staff – Ensure they are happy and their queries are heard and their requests are addressed d.      Hospitals – Ensure hospital partnership as per MoU, and ensure necessary support received from them. KPIs 1.      Machine Utilization 2.      No. of NCs 3.      Profitability 4.      Minimal overheads and wastage of resources 5.      Feedback from Nephrologists, Hospital partners Ideal Candidate (Must have desire to grow with company) Education – MBA/PGDM in Hospital Management/MBBS/Preferable in Nephrology with 5-15 years experience Character – Commander, Organized, Leadership, Ethical and honest, Ability to travel. Good with MS Excel Career Path Ø Director of Operations with regional responsibilities. Ø Chief Operating Officer with company shares and represent company in news and media.   Position – Full Time                        |           Salary – 50K – 80 k per month                |           Location – Mumbai
