Job Title: DGM/GM - Finance and Accounts (India & Sri Lanka)Department: Finance and AccountsReports To: Chief Financial Officer (Asia)Location: Maraimalai Nagar Job Summary: This position will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of India & Sri Lanka, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the organization. This role involves managing financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting, as well as overseeing the finance team and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to achieve the company's financial goals.Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Manage the budgeting process, including the preparation and monitoring of budgets.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.Coordinate and oversee audits, both internal and external.Manage banking operations, fund management, and treasury functions.Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management.Oversee the finance team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.Maintain relationships with financial institutions and other external stakeholders.Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records and reports.Qualifications:Qualified CA is preferred.Minimum of 20 years of experience in leadership Role.Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Tally, ERP, MS Office).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong leadership and team management skills.Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.Skills:Strategic planning and executionFinancial analysis and reportingBudgeting and forecastingInternal controls and complianceFinancial software proficiencyLeadership and team managementExcellent communication skills
