Role Overview: As a DGM/GM - Finance and Accounts for India & Sri Lanka at the organization in Maraimalai Nagar, your responsibility will be overseeing the financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to the growth and profitability of the company. Your role will involve managing financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting, as well as leading the finance team to maintain accurate financial records. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve the company's goals. - Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements. - Manage the budgeting process and monitor budgets effectively. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls. - Coordinate and oversee both internal and external audits. - Supervise banking operations, fund management, and treasury functions. - Implement financial policies and procedures. - Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management. - Lead the finance team through hiring, training, and performance evaluations. - Maintain relationships with financial institutions and external stakeholders. - Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records and reports. Qualifications: - Qualified CA is preferred. - Minimum of 20 years of experience in a leadership role. - Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices. - Proficiency in financial software tools such as Tally, ERP, and MS Office. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong leadership and team management abilities. - Effective communication skills with senior management and stakeholders. - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.,
