Job Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:

  Lead and oversee multiple commercial fit-out projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost control.

• Project Planning:

  Oversee project plans, blueprints, and specifications, ensuring feasibility and alignment with client needs.

• Client Management:

  Serve as the primary point of contact for senior clients, ensuring strong relationships and satisfaction throughout the project.

• Financial Oversight:

  Manage project budgets, financial forecasts, and schedules, ensuring adherence to financial goals.

• Team Leadership:

  Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring collaboration and efficiency across all project phases.

• Compliance & Risk Management:

  Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations and building codes; manage project risks.

• Sub-Contractor & Vendor Management:

  Oversee sub-contractors and vendors, ensuring quality, timely work, and contract compliance.

• Documentation & Reporting:

  Maintain project documentation and provide regular reports to senior management on project status and financial performance.

Key Skills Required:

• Education:

  B.E. in Civil Engineering or equivalent; PMP certification preferred.

• Experience:

  15+ years in corporate interior fit-out project management, with proven leadership and client management skills.

• Skills:

  Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD. Strong financial, negotiation, and communication skills.
