The profile is responsible for driving the business development and sales activities through the sales of integrated electronic security solutions, Traffic Management Systems, Automation technology, ITeS and Network projects, security audits and related fields of activity as per Company profile.
This role involves managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client engagement to solution design with presales, proposal submission, and contract closure with revenue collection, specifically for large-scale projects in Public Sector Institutions and Government sectors.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field. MBA or relevant certification in sales/marketing is an advantage.
Experience: 5–7 years of proven sales experience in electronic security systems or allied industries of target domains.
Technical Skills: Good understanding of CCTV, Traffic Management Systems, Smart City solutions, access control, fire alarm, and integrated security solutions. Ability to read technical drawings and propose system designs. Awareness of OEM products and understanding of the latest technologies being deployed.
Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Experience in handling complex sales cycles and large projects.
Networking: Existing network with consultants, clients, and influencers of projects in Government sector of target domains.
Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, target-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Language: Proficiency in English; knowledge of any local languages is an advantage.
Mobility: Willingness to travel within assigned territory as required for client meetings and site visits.
