We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at the Noida location. Administration is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the administrative department. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring efficient office operations, managing facilities and supplies, coordinating with vendors, and assisting in the implementation of administrative policies and procedures to enhance workplace productivity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning of the office and support services.
  • Supervise and guide administrative staff, including receptionists, office assistants, and housekeeping personnel.
  • Ensure timely procurement and management of office supplies, stationery, equipment, and inventory.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair of office infrastructure and equipment (e.g., ACs, printers, workstations).
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for facilities management, security, cleaning, and other support services.
  • Maintain records of administrative activities, including asset management, utility usage, and vendor contracts.
  • Support budget planning and cost control for administrative expenditures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies,statutory requirements, and health & safety regulations.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Handle office space planning and employee seating arrangements as per requirements.
  • Support internal audits and help prepare documentation for compliance checks.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Graduate and degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in administrative or facilities management roles.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of office management procedures, vendor management, and workplace safety standards.
