Job Description

We are hiring on behalf of a leading product company for the position ofDevSecOps EngineerJob Title: DevSecOps Engineer

Experience: 3+ years

Location – Indore(5 days WFO)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to design, secure, and scale our cloud-native infrastructure. The role involves managing Kubernetes (EKS), CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code, while embedding security across the entire software lifecycle to ensure reliability, scalability, and compliance of AI-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and manage secure, scalable AWS infrastructure.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation) with integrated security scanning.
Manage containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS) with best-practice hardening.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with integrated security checks (Trivy, Snyk, Semgrep).
Enforce IAM least-privilege, encryption, and vulnerability management.
Monitor and optimize infrastructure with tools like Datadog, Prometheus, or ELK.
Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize cost/resource usage.
Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment and release processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years in DevOps/Cloud Engineering, including 1+ year in Security Operations.
Strong hands-on AWS expertise (IAM, VPC, networking).
3+ years of Kubernetes/EKS experience (deployments, security, RBAC, policies).
Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
Proficiency in Terraform/CloudFormation and Docker security best practices.
Scripting knowledge (Bash, Python, or Go).

Preferred Skills:

Experience with observability platforms (Datadog, Prometheus, CloudWatch).
Familiarity with runtime security tools (Falco, AppArmor, Seccomp).
Knowledge of service mesh (Istio, Linkerd).
Database operations (MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
Exposure to serverless (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).
AI/ML deployment pipeline experience (nice-to-have).
