Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned DevOps Team Lead to spearhead our DevOps initiatives. This role involves leading a team of DevOps engineers, optimizing our CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure, and ensuring the seamless deployment of our CRM and ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps practices and a passion for driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines to support rapid development and deployment cycles. Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to ensure high availability and performance. Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to streamline deployment processes and reduce time-to-market. Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Ansible to automate provisioning and configuration. Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to ensure system reliability and scalability. Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices across all DevOps processes. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continually enhance our DevOps capabilities. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in DevOps,....??? Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI. Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Strong scripting skills in languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell. Experience with infrastructure such as code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their services. Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk. Excellent problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP. Experience with CRM and ERP systems, particularly in deployment and integration. Knowledge of security best practices in DevOps and cloud environments. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
