We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be Azure Certified and have a strong background in Azure cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, and system reliability, with a passion for enabling smooth deployment processes and scalable solutions in a fast-paced fintech environment.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application development and deployment.
- Manage and monitor Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, availability, and security.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline release processes.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions for proactive system management.
- Ensure compliance with security best practices and company policies.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Azure Certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or equivalent).
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Azure services, Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/ARM templates).
- Hands-on expertise with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
- Solid scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or Bash).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience in fintech or payment services industry.
- Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks.
- Exposure to multi-cloud environments.
