DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to manage our infrastructure, automate workflows and ensure our systems are reliable, scalable, and secure. The DevOps Engineer will collaborate with our software development and IT teams to deploy and operate applications, automate and streamline our operations and processes, and build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

● Infrastructure Management: Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-availability infrastructure using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises solutions.

● CI/CD Pipelines: Develop and maintain continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. ● Automation: Implement and manage automation tools for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment.

● Monitoring & Logging: Set up and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.

● Collaboration: Work closely with software development, IT operations, and security teams.

● Scripting & Coding: Write scripts and code for automation tasks using languages such as Python, Bash, or Groovy.

● Security: Ensure the security of infrastructure and applications.

● Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.

Qualifications

● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

● Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a DevOps role or related position.

● Technical Skills: Proficiency in cloud platforms, containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI), IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible), monitoring/logging tools, and scripting languages. ● Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and self-motivation.

Preferred Qualifications

● Certifications: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or similar certifications.

• ● Additional Experience: Experience with microservices architecture, serverless computing, Agile methodologies, and databases.
