🛠️ The Role

Mid/Senior DevOps Engineer

hands-on, on-premises role in Gurgaon

🔧 Responsibilities

• Build, secure, and maintain production and staging infrastructure
• Automate deployments and system configurations using tools like Ansible and Bash
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins)
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting dashboards (Grafana, etc.)
• Ensure platform meets HIPAA and SOC 2 security and audit requirements
• Support PACS integration and data storage workflows
• Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and lead incident response
• Work closely with engineers, QA, and operations for smooth release cycles and new deployments
• Support system updates and troubleshooting across both Linux and Windows environments
• Ensure infrastructure aligns with healthcare compliance requirements

✅ Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in DevOps/SRE roles
• Strong hands-on expertise with 

  Linux systems administration

• Working knowledge of 

  Windows environments

   and system support
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines, system hardening, and monitoring tools
• Ability to troubleshoot networking, access control, and performance issues
• Familiarity with security and compliance practices (

  HIPAA/SOC 2

  a

  strong

  plus)
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset and ability to work closely with technical and non-technical teams
• Experience in

  healthcare IT or compliance-driven environments

  is a plus
