You’ll play a critical role in building secure, reliable systems that support radiologists and imaging centers nationwide. This is a hands-on, on-premises role in Gurgaon —ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with physical and virtual infrastructure, outside of managed cloud services. So, please ensure that you are comfortable working OUTSIDE of the the standard cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). If you enjoy the challenges of developing Infra as Code , optimizing and scaling with more generic solutions, you will have your playground at Natoe AI. 🔧 Responsibilities Build, secure, and maintain production and staging infrastructure Automate deployments and system configurations using tools like Ansible and Bash Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins) Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting dashboards (Grafana, etc.) Ensure platform meets HIPAA and SOC 2 security and audit requirements Support PACS integration and data storage workflows Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and lead incident response Work closely with engineers, QA, and operations for smooth release cycles and new deployments Support system updates and troubleshooting across both Linux and Windows environments Ensure infrastructure aligns with healthcare compliance requirements ✅ Requirements 3–6 years of experience in DevOps/SRE roles Strong hands-on expertise with Linux systems administration Working knowledge of Windows environments and system support Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines, system hardening, and monitoring tools Ability to troubleshoot networking, access control, and performance issues Familiarity with security and compliance practices ( HIPAA/SOC 2 a strong plus) A proactive, ownership-driven mindset and ability to work closely with technical and non-technical teams Experience in healthcare IT or compliance-driven environments is a plus 💡 Why Natoe AI?
