● Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
● Monitor infrastructure performance and ensure system reliability, uptime, and observability
● Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment workflows and system reliability
● Manage infrastructure as code using tools like Ansible or Terraform
● Implement and enforce cloud security best practices and governance controls
● Ensure adherence to compliance standards such as HIPAA and SOC 2
● Troubleshoot system issues across environments and perform root cause analysis
● Maintain secure Linux-based environments across development, staging, and production
● Support AI/LLM infrastructure needs in collaboration with data and ML teams
● Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards
Must-Have Skills: ● 6–8 years of DevOps or related experience
● Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC, Lambda, etc.)
● Deep knowledge of Linux system administration and hardening
● Solid understanding of cloud security, governance, and compliance frameworks
● Expertise in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, TravisCI, or CircleCI
● Infrastructure automation with Ansible
● Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS preferred) and containerization using Docker
● Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python, etc.)
● Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (CloudWatch, ELK, New Relic, etc.)
● Understanding of infrastructure needs for LLMs, AI/ML model deployments, and GPU-enabled workloads
● AWS certification (e.g., DevOps Engineer, Solutions Architect)
● Experience in a B2B SaaS or Healthcare domain is a plus
