We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who thrives in fast-moving, high-ownership environments and is passionate about infrastructure, automation, and unblocking teams. As an early-stage startup, we prioritize execution and speed while ensuring stability and security. You'll be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automation processes. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving infrastructure challenges, creating seamless workflows, and working closely with product and engineering teams. Responsibilities Build and Scale Cloud Infrastructure: Design and manage highly scalable cloud environments on AWS, ensuring performance, security, and reliability. Automate Everything: Create and manage CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (Terraform), and deployment automation. Enable Engineering: Work with engineers to streamline development processes, optimize build & release cycles, and remove bottlenecks. Ensure Reliability: Set up observability, monitoring, and alerting to track system performance and proactively resolve issues. Security and Compliance: Implement best practices for cloud security, identity access management, and compliance. Incident Management: Troubleshoot issues, respond to incidents, and drive root cause analysis to prevent recurrence. Fast Execution: Move quickly, adapt, and build high-quality solutions without unnecessary overhead. Requirements 4-6 years of experience in DevOps/SRE/Infrastructure Engineering, preferably in fast-moving startups. Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (ECS, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM). Proven ability to build and manage pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and automate infrastructure with Terraform. Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Go to automate workflows. Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments. Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK stack). Understanding of IAM, secrets management, networking security, and cloud security best practices. Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and optimize performance.
