About Aspora Aspora is building a Financial Services platform for immigrants around the world. We are backed by influential venture capitalists like Sequoia Capital, Hummingbird Ventures, Y Combinator, Global Founders Capital, Soma Capital, and are on a mission to simplify global banking as easily as booking an Uber. We re first taking on the Indian diaspora - the largest and wealthiest immigrant population. 15 million Non-Resident Indians hold over $1.5T in wealth of which $500B is back in India. They remit $125B back every year and account for 25% of all real estate purchases in India. Yet, the banking experiences of these NRIs are archaic. We re building a new age platform to service these NRIs with cross border money movement. We are a team of 40 that works with the intensity and the agility of a sports team. Discover more about our work, our ethos, and our vision on our website, Aspora About the Role Join our dynamic Growth team and help connect Non-Resident Indians with their financial roots back home. As a Growth Intern, youll gain hands-on experience in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention while working on meaningful products that enable seamless money transfers, bill payments, and investment opportunities for first-generation immigrants from India. Location: Bangalore || In Office Type: Full Time Internship What Youll Do Design, orchestrate, and execute end-to-end growth campaigns including referral programs, funnel optimization initiatives, and lifecycle communication sequences Analyze user behavior data to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaign performance Conduct A/B tests on messaging, positioning, and campaign mechanics to maximize impact Implement marketing automation workflows for onboarding, engagement, and re-activation Ensure data quality and campaign delivery across multiple markets (UK, UAE, EU, US) Support the launch of new product offerings including bill payment and investment services Develop messaging and positioning strategies that resonate with diverse NRI communities Contribute to growth strategy development through market research and competitive analysis What Were Looking For Strong problem-solving abilities with a bias toward action Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, analytics platforms) with ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets Hands-on experience with customer engagement platforms like Braze, MoEngage, Klaviyo, or similar tools Demonstrated ability to think critically about messaging, positioning, and user experience optimization Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.) Familiarity with growth hacking techniques and viral mechanics Previous internship or project experience in fintech or consumer products Why Join Us Build from 0 1 : We re reinventing banking for 50 M+ diaspora users globally Go global : Work across markets like the UK, UAE, US, Canada, and beyond Learn fast : Get deep exposure to product, design, growth, and performance ops Culture : No fluff, no red tape.
