Founded in 2007, Samin TekMindz is an established product engineering and IT consulting company based in Noida, India. We focus on delivering impactful technology solutions across key industries including fintech, EV infrastructure, healthcare, and government services. Our environment fosters innovation, integrity, and customer-centricity.We are expanding and are looking for a DevOps Architect who will drive the transformation, automation, scalability, and stability of our infrastructure and CI/CD processes.

Position Overview

As a DevOps Architect, you will lead the design, implementation, and management of the companys DevOps strategy. This role involves setting up scalable DevOps practices, building robust CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure, and enabling a culture of automation and continuous delivery across projects. You will be expected to drive modernization and efficiency across development and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement the DevOps roadmap aligned with product development and IT strategy.
Collaborate with engineering, QA, and IT teams to improve delivery speed, quality, and reliability.
Champion infrastructure-as-code (IaC), configuration management, and automated deployment practices.
Mentor and lead DevOps engineers and ensure skill development within the team.
Architect end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
Automate build, test, release, and deployment workflows for applications across environments.
Design and maintain cloud-native infrastructure (preferably AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Implement and manage container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
Optimize cloud usage for performance, cost-efficiency, and reliability.
Establish logging, monitoring, alerting frameworks using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or New Relic.
Ensure DevSecOps practices are integrated into all stages of development and deployment.
Perform risk assessments and security audits for DevOps pipelines and environments.
Drive automation across infrastructure provisioning (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
Evaluate and implement DevOps tools and technologies for performance and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
12+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years in a DevOps Architect/Lead role.

Proven Expertise In

CI/CD pipeline design and implementation
Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)
Containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
Automation tools: Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Git, Maven
Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems administration.
Familiarity with scripting languages: Python, Shell, Bash, or Go.
Hands-on experience in security practices, performance tuning, and disaster recovery planning.
