ABOUT US


  • Manage the end-to-end development of assigned parts/components, including design feasibility, validation, and production readiness.
  • Collaborate with design engineers, suppliers, procurement, and manufacturing teams to ensure part manufacturability and achieve cost targets.
  • Review part specifications, drawings, and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate and ensure part validation tests (DV, PV, durability, performance).
  • Ensure supplier parts meet all technical requirements, quality standards, and timelines.
  • Support prototype builds and analyze test results to drive continuous improvement.
  • Participate & ensure on time reviews and approvals of DFMEA and PFMEA processes for assigned components.
  • Monitor and manage engineering changes (ECNs/ECRs) throughout the part lifecycle.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving quality or performance issues during development and production.
  • Track and report part development progress using project management tools and metrics.
  • Good Knowledge of all the Documentation and Process of the Development
  • Responsible for the the New Part Development (APQP)
  • Sound knowledge of APQP, PPAP, & other quality tools like Cause & effect, 8D analysis
  • Supplier management experience with respect to Quality & Delivery
  • Product knowledge & knowledge of Supplier Management processes
  • Monitor supplier performance based on defined KPIs & improve supplier performance.
  • Proficiency in managing relationships with stakeholders( team members, end-users) ensuring alignment of project objectives and expectations.
  • Achieve on respective area commercial efficiency target by creating VA VE Ideas and cost optimization potential ideas in the product/process
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels to support process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide management updates and track the same
  • Possesses the ability to foresee potential risks and establish corresponding mitigation plans in advance
  • Knowledge of quality standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001.
  • Exposure to global supplier base and localization processes.
