Key Responsibilities

• In-House CRM Development:

  Design, develop, and maintain new features, modules, and integrations for our proprietary, Laravel-based

  Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  system.

• CRM Data Management:

  Write efficient database queries (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and build APIs to ensure seamless data flow between the CRM, WordPress, and other business applications.

• Back-End Development:

  Build robust, scalable, and secure applications using

  PHP

  and the

  Laravel

  framework, adhering to best practices and coding standards.

• WordPress Management:

  Customize, maintain, and optimize our main company websites built on

  WordPress

  , including custom theme and plugin development.

• Front-End Implementation:

  Transform UI/UX designs into fully functional, responsive user interfaces using

  Bootstrap

  , HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

• Code Quality:

  Perform code reviews, debug complex issues, and ensure high performance, security, and quality across all applications.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ Years

  of professional experience in full-stack web development.

• Expert Proficiency in PHP

  , including strong knowledge of

  Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

  .

• Solid Experience with the Laravel framework

  (routing, Eloquent ORM, service providers, APIs).

• Proven WordPress Development

  experience (custom theme development, plugin creation, WP-CLI).

• Front-End Expertise:

  Proficient with

  Bootstrap

  , HTML, CSS/Sass, and modern JavaScript/jQuery for building responsive and accessible interfaces.

• Database Skills:

  Strong command of SQL for data manipulation and optimization (MySQL or PostgreSQL).
• Experience with

  Version Control (Git)

  and collaborative workflows (e.g., Git Flow, pull requests).

• Crucial:

  Demonstrated ability to work on and understand complex business logic within an

  existing CRM or ERP system
