Role Summary

The Destination Manager is responsible for strengthening market engagement and product knowledge for university programs within the assigned region. The role focuses on enabling education partners and internal stakeholders through structured training, accurate information sharing, and market insights to support effective student recruitment.


Key Responsibilities

Training & Product Enablement

  • Deliver structured training on university programs, admissions processes, scholarships, and value propositions
  • Share timely updates on product changes and new offerings
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training materials aligned with global standards


Agent & Partner Support

  • Act as the primary contact for partner queries related to programs and applications
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution
  • Support partner engagement activities, including education fairs when required


Virtual Engagement

  • Plan and deliver webinars, information sessions, and online training programs
  • Track engagement metrics and follow up on outcomes


Market & Competition Analysis

  • Monitor competitor offerings, pricing, scholarships, and positioning
  • Prepare periodic market and competition analysis reports
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and risks to support strategic planning


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and conversion teams
  • Provide market feedback to enhance recruitment effectiveness


Key Performance Indicators

  • Training delivery effectiveness and partner feedback
  • Response time and accuracy of query resolution
  • Webinar engagement and attendance
  • Quality of market and competition insights
  • Contribution to recruitment outcomes


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in international education, admissions, training, or destination management
  • Knowledge of international study destinations and admissions systems
  • Experience working with education partners or recruitment teams
  • Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
