Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
1. Student Counseling & Conversion KRA: Provide accurate and effective counselling to students interested in studying in New Zealand and Europe. KPIs:● Number of student consultations completed monthly (target: 40–60) ● Student-to-application conversion rate (target: 30–50%)● Student satisfaction rating (target: 85%+ in feedback forms)
2. Application Management KRA: Support and oversee the application process to institutions in New Zealand and Europe. KPIs:
● Number of applications submitted accurately per month (target: 25–40)● Application success rate (target: 80–90%)● Turnaround time for complete application submission (target: <5 working days)
3. Visa Guidance & Compliance KRA: Provide up-to-date visa information and ensure students meet eligibility and documentation requirements. KPIs:
● Visa approval rate (target: 90%+)● Accuracy in visa documentation (zero rejections due to documentation errors)● Visa file turnaround time from student submission to visa slot booking (target: <7 days) 4. University & Institutional Coordination KRA: Act as liaison with Canadian and European institutions for admissions, updates, and partnerships. KPIs:● Number of active partner institutions engaged per quarter (target: 10+)● Response time to partner institutions (target: <48 hours)● Frequency of communication or training sessions with partner universities (target: 1/month) 5. Market Intelligence & Updates KRA: Stay informed on educational trends, scholarships, tuition updates, and policy changes in New Zealand & Europe. KPIs:● Number of updates shared with the counselling team/month (target: 2–4)● Accuracy and timeliness of shared updates (zero outdated advice shared)● Attendance in official university webinars and agent training sessions (target: 90%+ attendance) 6. Outreach & Events KRA: Support in organizing and participating in study abroad fairs, webinars, and workshops. KPIs:● Number of events supported or conducted per quarter (target: 3–5)● Number of student leads generated through events (target: 100+ per event)● Post-event follow-up rate (target: 95% within 5 days) 7. Team Collaboration & Reporting KRA: Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and operations teams; maintain accurate records. KPIs:● Weekly CRM updates and reporting compliance (target: 100%)● Number of internal training sessions attended or conducted (target: 1/month)● Peer feedback score on collaboration and communication (target: 4/5+)
