Job Description

Order Processing & Coordination

  • Receive and verify sales orders before despatch.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Prioritize orders based on delivery schedules and route plans.

Despatch Operations

  • Supervise loading and unloading activities to ensure accuracy and safety.
  • Prepare delivery challans, invoices, and transport documents.
  • Ensure correct quantity and product batch/expiry details during despatch.
  • Coordinate with transporters and drivers for timely dispatch of vehicles.

Inventory & Documentation

  • Maintain records of all outgoing shipments in ERP/WMS.
  • Track and reconcile despatch data with inventory records daily.
  • Report any stock discrepancies or damages immediately.

Compliance & Quality

  • Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Verify vehicle condition and loading compliance as per FMCG standards.
  • Support periodic audits and documentation reviews.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of FMCG logistics and distribution processes.
  • Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch timelines.
  • Willing to work in night shifts.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in despatch or warehouse operations (preferably FMCG sector).
  • Knowledge of local transport regulations and route planning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

License/Certification:
