Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Desktop Support Specialist located in Halol. The Desktop Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, printer support, and desk top support for all desktop computers within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Desktop Computers and Troubleshooting skills
  • Technical Support and Printer Support skills
  • Experience in providing desk top support
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Relevant certifications in IT support are a plus
  • Experience in IT infrastructure and facility management services is beneficial
