Job Title: Desktop Support Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Executive with 2- 4 years of experience to provide IT support across desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, assisting employees with system-related queries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software applications.
Troubleshoot issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking.
Assist with email configuration, password resets, and user account management.
Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and update support records.
Provide support for remote access tools (VPN, Remote Desktop, etc.).
Coordinate with external vendors for equipment repairs or services.

Requirements

2- 4 years of proven experience in desktop or IT support.
Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Basic understanding of networking concepts and Active Directory.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
