Job Description

1. Software Issue Resolution

Diagnose and resolve software-related issues reported by users.
Provide support for Wilyer and other internal applications.
Guide users through step-by-step troubleshooting and solution implementation.
Identify bugs and report them to the development/product team with clear logs and replication steps.

2. Remote Support (Call & Google Meet)

Offer real-time support via phone calls, Google Meet, or remote-access tools.
Walk users through system navigation, feature usage, and error resolution.
Record all major issues discussed during calls for tracking and analysis.

3. User Assistance & Training

Assist users in understanding application features and best practices.
Provide mini training sessions on new features or updated tools.
Create simple guides for repeated issues or feature explanations.

4. Software Installation & Configuration

Assist users with software installation and configuration.
Support environment setup, login issues, permission issues, and tool access.

5. Documentation & Ticket Handling

Record all issues in the ticketing system with clear details and evidence.
Maintain documentation for known issues and solutions.
Create FAQs and troubleshooting steps for common problems.

6. Coordination With Development Team

Report bugs, critical issues, or feature requests.
Share logs, screen recordings, and replication steps with the dev team.
Follow up on open issues to ensure timely resolution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
