Desktop support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, or network issues.
• Guide customers through product features, setup, and usage.
• Escalate complex issues to the development or engineering team.
• Maintain logs and records of customer interactions and technical problems.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Test and replicate reported issues to aid in resolution.
• Provide feedback to the product team for improvements based on recurring customer issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of operating systems, networking, and software troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, or remote desktop applications is a plus.
