Job Description

Key Responsibilities : Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues for internal and external users. Respond to service requests via email, phone, or helpdesk ticketing system. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, application software, and peripherals. Set up, configure, and install desktop hardware and software. Perform routine maintenance, including system updates and patches. Document and track issues, resolutions, and service requests in the helpdesk ticketing system. Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards. Assist with setting up workstations for new employees and providing training on standard software and systems. Provide remote support for off-site users when necessary. Assist with inventory management for desktop hardware and software. Ensure timely and efficient resolution of issues within SLA (Service Level Agreement) guidelines.
