Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer Location: Hyderabad Experience: 1 Year Employment Type: Full-Time (5 days working week) Joining: Immediate to 15 days Salary: ₹17,000 to ₹19,000 (Take Home) About the Role We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Desktop Support Engineer eager to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will provide technical support for end-user systems, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network environments. You should be ready to adapt to rotational shifts and take prompt action on troubleshooting and system upgrades. Key Responsibilities Active Directory Management: Execute basic Active Directory tasks, including user account management. Operating System Installation: Install and configure operating systems efficiently. Hardware Troubleshooting: Diagnose, repair, and upgrade system hardware components. MS Outlook Support: Configure, backup, restore, and troubleshoot MS Outlook. Network Printer Support: Install and troubleshoot network printer connectivity and functionality. Networking Fundamentals: Apply basic knowledge of DNS and DHCP for troubleshooting network issues. Security Management: Update antivirus solutions, enforce virus protection protocols, and monitor system security. SCCM Utilization: Utilize SCCM to manage software deployment and asset management. Qualifications Educational Requirements: Any degree is acceptable; however, completion of both 10th and 12th is mandatory. Should have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in desktop or IT support roles. Possess a fundamental understanding of active directory, OS installation, hardware troubleshooting, MS Outlook, network devices, and basic networking concepts.
