Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.Assist users with OS, application, and email-related issues.Handle basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams as needed.
Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.Good communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in shifts (if required).
