Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Provide first level troubleshooting for network related
issues in Branches, ATM sites (onsite and offsite) and escalate if necessary
Coordinate with branches and field support engineers of
the successful bidder and engineers of the link service providers for resolving connectivity issues
Handle link related tasks like - Commissioning of new leased lines / MPLS links, Shifting and realigning of leased/MPLS circuits, upgrading of leased/MPLS circuits, Surrendering of circuits and other required link
maintenance tasks
Coordinate with NOC engineers for resolution of issues
Raise manual tickets if necessary for any issues and
follow up for resolution
Responsible for LAN of Zonal office building and
coordinating with LAN Cabling vendor appointed by the Bank for issue resolution.
Provide network related IT assistance to EDP officers in
Zonal Office for commissioning of links at new branch, shifting of branches, closure of branches.
Provide monthly report on network availability within the area of operations.
Conduct monthly review meetings and submit the MoM to HO.
Receive call from branches, raise the ticket if not available in system and inform the ticket number.
Update branch about the status of the ticket.
