Job Description

  • IT Infra Helpdesk Management.
  • Develop and implement technical procedures effective in quickly addressing customers problems to minimize downtime
  • Oversee MS IT Infra support team functions
  • Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorised peripheral equipment.
  • Ensure there are no freeware/unlicensed software are installed on Endpoints.
  • Ensure the daily checklist are performed and updated (VC connectivity/Wireless/LAN connectivity, etc., are working fine)
  • IT shift Engineer shift management.
  • Act as an escalation point of contact for the desktop support in Mindsprint.
  • Ensure all the incidents and Service requests are recorded in Ticketing Tool. Review daily pending tickets and closely follow-up and bring it to closure
  • Print server and local file server management.
  • Manage Video Conferencing system.
